Does oxbird offer refunds?
Refunds are available only upon request. For onboarding, we will provide a full refund for any requests received within 5 calendar days of submitting the respective intake form. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle, although a refund may be granted if the cancellation request is received within 5 calendar days of the start of the billing cycle. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for management at any point later in the billing cycle.
