We use Google Analytics (GA) to track conversions and setup remarketing audiences in Google Ads. Virtually everyone with a website already has Google Analytics installed on it, so we'll normally be working to gain access to their Google Analytics property. For the rare exception, we can work together to create the Google Analytics property and install the tags.
Share access to the Google Analytics property
- Log into the Google Analytics account.
- Click the Admin gear icon in the bottom left corner and navigate to the desired account or property.
- In the Account or Property column, select User Management.
- In the Account permissions list, click the blue + icon, then click Add users.
- Enter advertiser.assets@gmail.com as the email.
- Select the Notify users by email box.
- Select either the Edit or Manage Users permissions.
- Click Add.

Do not add us as a user at the View level. Only the Property level or higher (i.e. Account) provides conversion tracking functionality.

Do not add us with Collaborate or Read & Analyze permissions. Only the Edit level or higher (i.e. Manage Users) provides access to editing the conversion tracking functionality.
