How to Link Your Facebook Ads Ad Account

To give us access to your Facebook Ads ad account, all you would need to do is send us your Facebook Ads account ID to us. Here is how you would do so:

  1. Log into the Facebook profile associated with your ad account at www.facebook.com
  2. In the top right-hand corner, click the downward-pointing arrow
  3. In the drop-down menu, click Create ads (this will show as "Manage ads" if you've already created an ads account)
  4. Find your Facebook Ads account ID (a long string of numbers next to the account name) and send that ID at success@oxbird.com
  5. After you send us your Facebook Account ID, we will send a request from our Business Manager account to your ad account
  6. You will see a notification in your Facebook Ads Account when we send you a request. Click the gear icon near the top right
  7. Click the request from oxbird
  8. Click Respond to Request
  9. Click Give oxbird access to my AdAccount
