Connecting CallRail to Facebook Ads

Need to connect CallRail to your Facebook Ads? Here's how:
  1. Go to CallRail
  2. Go into the settings tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page
  3. Choose the Company/Account you want to integrate with Facebook
  4. Scroll down to the Facebook Integration tile and click Activate
  5. Log into Facebook 
  6. Click OK to grant permissions for CallRail to integrate with Facebook 
  7. Use the drop-down menu in the middle of the page and choose the Facebook Business Manager Account and Facebook ad account you’d like to use. Note: Do NOT click activate yet because you first need to add CallRail as a partner in your Business Manager. 

In order to add CallRail as a partner in your Business Manager account, you would need to:
  1. Go into your Facebook Business Manager page
  2. Go to Business Settings
  3. On the left, click Partners and then click + Add
  4. Link CallRails Business Integration ID: 889292414495448
  5. Create an offline event titled Calls
  6. Go back to CallRail dashboard and click Activate.
